Therapy Programs

An individualised therapy program is developed based on identified areas of need.

Programs generally run over one to two terms. Weekly sessions are 45 minutes in length. Intensive therapy (including groups) programs and school holiday programs are also offered as required e.g international and rural students.

Specific examples of Occupational Therapy Programs are listed below and are not mutually exclusive.

  • Visual Perception programs
  • Handwriting programs
  • Fine motor programs
  • Gross motor programs
  • Sensory regulation/diets
  • Attention and organisation strategies
  • Emotional regulation

At the end of the program, each child is formally reassessed and a report that indicates quantitative progress and recommendations is completed.
